The most amount of pull ups I have ever done was 21 and I was 15 years old, but dang though 36 pull ups your truly something else man, your an inspiration. I hope one day I can do as much pull ups as you💪
I got flashbacks to my dad, he would horse around doing stuff like that. Thank you for the fantastic memories. Using dad as a jungle gym, trampoline and punching bag. I never realized what a beast he was it was just normal for me.

Well you’re not getting your money’s worth. Egg white protein needs to be cooked in order for them to be broken down/absorbed
Only a portion doesn’t get absorbed when it’s not cooked 👍
@@FitFrHome do you know how much protein you get when you drink it compared to cooking. I would start trying this but I dont want to lose a bunch of protein. Thanks!
@@chaseallee2335if you have time to cook you should. With my busy schedule I don’t habe time to cook them, clean etc so I opt to drink 5 to 6 eggs raw in 1 min and be on my way. Protein absorption probably half or so- but this isn’t confirmed as everyone’s body is different and how your body breaks down nutrients will differ from person to person
